Dear Members and Friends,

Have you seen the movie, Crazy Rich Asians? Have you thought of learning how to play Mahjong as shown in the movie? Yes, you got a chance now!

This workshop will be performed by Sabrina, a truly Singaporean, who has a deep passion in teaching foreigners who are interested in figuring out the game of Mahjong. Mahjong is not only rich in history and culture but it is also a game loved by many locals.

This fun workshop will be for about 2.5 hours at Sabrina’s place and will be conducted in English. You will be provided with pictorial instruction sheets, like in the picture below, that will help those who do not understand Chinese. So, no need to worry about your Chinese!

At the end of this event, you will be able to understand the tiles, the rules, the gameplay and be able to play the game on your own!

Venue: Located in Yishun, about 5-10 mins walking distance from Khatib MRT station. Please kindly note that the exact address of the event venue will be only sent to the participants.

Registration is mandatory if you wish to attend this event. Please register by Friday, 16th September. Please also note that free cancellations can be only done with an email notice till 48 hours prior to the event.
