PRESIDENT
Oriana de Saint Priest
Joined in Nov 2024
Oriana grew up between London and Paris, spending summer and winter holidays in the Wallis canton of Switzerland.
After receiving her PhD in Economics from HEC Lausanne, she was invited to lead a global research project on workforce diversity in Singapore supported by the Swiss National Fund. As part of her academic work, she regularly speaks at both local and international conferences, sharing research insights with academics and practitioners alike.
Oriana is passionate about fostering community building and took on an active role in the Executive Committee of the London Business School Singapore Alumni Club since arriving in Singapore. Beyond her professional and community work, Oriana is a dynamic mother of three who enjoys nature trails, running and horse-riding.

VICE PRESIDENT
Celine Foelmli-Maury
Joined in Nov 2024
Originally from Cully in Lavaux, Switzerland, Celine has called Singapore home since 2002. Her professional journey began in fashion, visual communication, IT, marketing, and corporate identity. Today, she is an ICF-certified Integrated Coach and the founder of Compass Coaching, where she helps individuals and teams discover and empower their potential through creative and holistic coaching programmes.
With a deep passion for connecting with people, Celine has also dedicated her time to mentoring students. She previously volunteered with SAS as an Event Coordinator and Webmaster from 2011 to 2014, and now she’s back, back again!
Outside of work, Celine is a proud mother of two teenagers and enjoys early morning walks with her dogs at the Botanic Gardens. She loves exploring Singapore’s vibrant cultural fusion and traveling the world while staying connected to her Swiss roots. Celine values authenticity, creativity, and the joy of shared experiences.

SECRETARY
Raphael Walker
Joined in March 2024
Born and raised in Zurich, Rapha has a background in Biochemistry from the University of Zurich, a Master’s in Immunology from ETH Zurich, and an MBA from Nanyang Technological University. He moved to Singapore in 2022. In his job at a local tech startup, he helps organisations and governments across the region to embrace digital identity solutions used for authentication of documents, certificates, badges and passes. In his free time he creates content and lecturers about commercial blockchain use cases under his side project Block Guide.
Rapha believes we have a unique opportunity in Singapore, where key Swiss pillars, such as SAS, the Swiss Schools & Universities, Swiss Club, SwissCham, and the Swiss Embassy—can flourish and support one another by coming together through a shared Swiss connection.

Simona Catanescu
Joined in March 2026
Positive and curious by nature, Simona enjoys connecting with people across cultures and communities. She holds a double degree in Engineering and Economics and works in treasury and cash management, bringing hands-on experience in financial operations and banking processes across international environments.
Having lived in Romania, Finland, Belgium, and Singapore, where she has been based since 2012, Simona appreciates multicultural environments and global ways of working. She joined the Association as Treasurer to contribute her finance expertise and stay connected with an international network in Singapore.

Laura Fehrlin

About Laura: Laura grew up in Schaffhausen and recently relocated to Singapore. After working in Key Account Management and E-Commerce for FMCG companies, she’s currently exploring new opportunities while finishing her Master’s degree in Innovation Management. She enjoys discovering local cafés, hunting for the best matcha, going for yoga in a park, and is looking forward to connecting through SAS and meeting fellow Swiss people.

The Swiss Association of Singapore is looking for a Volunteer Webmaster to join our committee.
If you have an interest in digital communication and website management, and would like to contribute to the Swiss community in Singapore, we would love to hear from you.
As Webmaster, you will help keep our website up to date, publish important information for our members, and support the association's online presence. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills, expand your network, and make a meaningful impact within our community.

Kathleen Di Giacomo

Kathleen was raised in Lausanne and lived in several countries around the world before relocating to Singapore in 2020 from Istanbul. She holds a degree in International Business Administration and worked for close to two decades in Communications in International Sport in the “Olympic Capital”.
She now spends her time exploring and enjoying the tiny gem that is Singapore. A great fan of the outdoors and being active, she enjoys the numerous nature walks and hikes on offer as well as discovering the local flora and fauna of Singapore and South East Asia. She and her husband are both avid travellers, foodies and curious, so always keen to discover new places, cultures and cuisines.

Entela Myftari
Joined in January 2026
Entela has been shaped by two cultural worlds, Swiss and Albanian, which inform both her personal and professional outlook. She holds a PhD in Economics, partially completed in Canada, where she led a research project in monetary policy, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF). Her career spans financial regulation, international cooperation, academia, and public institutions. She spent several years at FINMA before joining a Geneva-based supervisory organisation as a member of the Executive Board.
Fluent in five languages, Entela particularly enjoys immersion in intercultural environments. Alongside her professional and family commitments, she maintains an active lifestyle and draws inspiration from continuous discovery, with a strong passion for sport, travel, learning, and social engagement

Martina Coviello
Joined in June 2026
Born and raised in Lugano (Ticino), Martina is a Swiss-qualified lawyer with a Master of Law from the University of Geneva. Alongside her legal studies and professional experience, her curiosity and openness to new experiences have taken her from a year of studies in China to volunteer projects abroad and, ultimately, to Singapore.
Since moving to Singapore in August 2025, she has embraced the city's multicultural spirit and international atmosphere. What she enjoys most is being able to experience different traditions every day while having the rest of Asia within easy reach.
In her free time, Martina enjoys travelling, diving, photography and outdoor activities. She particularly loves the moments when good food, interesting people and unexpected adventures come together in the same day.
