Everyone has heard of bliss balls and smoothie bowls but have you ever created them yourself? Join Dominique Rauber-Musey from Nurture your happiness in her hands-on workshop on April 28th. Not only will you produce your own energy balls and smoothie but you will also learn why they are beneficial for you and your family’s health.



Change your breakfast routine with some healthy smoothie bowls. Packed with a big variety of vitamins and minerals, these bowls provide everything your body needs to start right.

You will learn how to get the right consistency, what flavors to combine and how to get the perfect toppings. Additionally, you will be able to create your own smoothie bowl with your own choice of flavors.

Having a healthy snack handy prevents you from reaching to the next available chocolate bar. Bliss balls are a great way to get your sugar cravings fixed without adding industrial sugar. They also work perfectly as a pre- and post-workout treat.

With a variety of ingredients, you will form your own energy balls. You will learn which food makes the best base for the balls and how to add superfoods. Within no time, you will see how easy it is to create your own healthy snacks.
