Join us for another Tiong Bahru Rooftop Movie Night!
Have a drink (with or without alcohol), some snacks and and enjoy a movie under the stars🌟!
On this evening, we will be showing Korean movie ‘Parasite’ (2019) as a Halloween Special.
Story: The film starts with the Kim family, a South Korean family struggling with poverty in a poor neighborhood in an unnamed city. The other and the father are having trouble finding employment, and their children are trying to help in whatever way they can. After struggling to make ends meet folding pizza boxes for a local pizza restaurant, the Kims are visited by one of Ki-woo’s wealthier friends, Min-hyuk, who offers to refer him to a job tutoring for a wealthy family, the Parks…
‘Parasite’ won four Oscars (the first non-English language film to win the Academy Award for Best Picture), the Palme d’Or in Cannes, the Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Language Film and the BAFTA Award for Best Film Not in the English Language.
The movie will be shown in Korean with English subtitles.

Fee: SAS-Members pay SGD 24, non-Members pay SGD 39 .
