Little Green Kitchen is a cooking studio and food consultancy helmed by Chef Shalu Asnani, former lawyer, now passionate foodie with an obsession for luscious vegetarian cuisine. Shalu offers cooking classes, private dining, meal planning and menu consulting services.
We are pleased to invite you to Shaluâ€™s home for an exclusive private class where you will learn an exciting 3-course menu:
Exotic Asian Salads
Salads donâ€™t have to be boring. Spice up your meal and add some goodness with an exotic Asian-inspired salad. Using lots of fresh herbs and local spices, Chef Shalu will show you how to create salads which are nutritious, tasty and colourful – a fantastic accompaniment to any meal.
– Thai pomelo salad with coconut-tamarind dressing, crispy shallots
– Mango and avocado salad with chilli-lime vinaigrette, toasted almonds
– Karedok (Sundanese raw salad with spicy peanut sauce)
The class will take place at Shaluâ€™s home at Upper East Coast Rd and is fully hands-on. Please wear comfortable clothes as you will be cooking on the hob as well. After the class, you are invited to sit down with the other students and enjoy your meal together. You may also bring food containers if you like to bring your dishes home. We are convinced that you will have a unique cooking experience with lots of fun, too.

No-shows will be charged. Free cancellation can be done till 2 days prior to the event by sending an email to: email@example.com. Cancellations made later will be charged the event costs.
