Little Green Kitchen is a cooking studio and food consultancy helmed by Chef Shalu Asnani, former lawyer, now passionate foodie with an obsession for luscious vegetarian cuisine. Shalu offers cooking classes, private dining, meal planning and menu consulting services.
We are pleased to invite you to Shaluâ€™s home for an exclusive private class where you will learn an exciting 3-course menu:
Not only is tofu good for your health, it is also a pleasant change if you like to skip meat every now and then.Â Tofu receipes don’t have to be boring. Using lots of fresh herbs and local spices, Chef Shalu will show you how to create the delicious and healthy tofu meals which are nutritious, tasty and colourful.
- Szechuan-style spicy tofu
- Scrambled tofu with fresh herbs and creamy mozzarella
- Masala-marinated tofu steaks
The class will take place at Shaluâ€™s home at Upper East Coast Rd and is fully hands-on. Please wear comfortable clothes as you will be cooking on the hob as well. After the class, you are invited to sit down with the other students and enjoy your meal together. You may also bring food containers if you like to bring your dishes home. We are convinced that you will have a unique cooking experience with lots of fun, too.

No-shows will be charged. Free cancellation can be done till 2 days prior to the event by sending an email to: email@example.com. Cancellations made later will be charged the event costs.
