Dear Members and Friends,

Are you looking to brush off your photography skills or to make you own some memorable photos of Singapore with the tips from a seasoned photographer? Felix Hug, a Swiss National, and SAS collaborate a Twilight Photography session where you can enhance your photography skills, discover hidden photogenic spots of Singapore and also meet new friends. Here are some amazing photos by Felix Hug:

Venue: Marina Bay Sands area(Only the attendees will be informed of the specific meeting points)
Date: Saturday, 20th August 2022
Time: 16:30 – 19:30 am

Price:
Members                        $ 150
Non-Members               $ 180

The session will be:
. A tripod is helpful for the last image of the day.
. Other than that a camera and at least one versatile walk around lens. As an example a 24-70 mm zoom. (Or similar). Additional gear is up to the participant, but not a must.
. We will react to our surrounding area and the conditions at hand.
. Basic to intermediate level, advanced welcome..but not a requirement. Challenges to the question of exposure and to generally take a more interesting travel or street image will be addressed along the way.
. The session will end near by Satay by the Bay where Felix will treat participants with a drink. Food and extra drinks shall be settled individually.

Background of Felix Hug:
Felix started his career as a draftsman and site coordinator in planing and construction in Basel, where he lived for 15 years. He is also a two time National Champion and 2 times Cup Winner with Bellinzona Basketball, as well as the winner for the best 3 point shooter at the Swiss Allstar game in the early 90s. Sport was his first love, but travel and Photography became both great passions as well and it became only more pronounced towards the end of his sports career. At the age of 38, Felix decided it’s time to take another plunge and try and make a career in photography.

Felix has won numbers of awards from AMEIRCAN Photo competition, Travel Photography of the Year Awards and various competitions in Europe, Asia, Australia and the USA. Felix’s images have been published in countless magazines around the globe including on the book and magazine covers of National Geographic Traveler and over 10 covers for Lonely Planet.
