Dear Members and Friends,
After the previous success, we are giving another opportunity to try traditional dragon boat racing. Whether you are a total beginner or you already tried it out before, come join us on the water.
The event will include an initial introduction on the cultural significance and history of the sport, followed by a brief on-land training and safety induction before taking to the water to practice in the boats. Finally, there will be a 200 m Dragon Boat Race on the Marina Bay Reservoir. Enjoy a view of Singapore’s iconic skyline from this unique perspective before heading back onto dry land.
No prior experience is necessary and we encourage participation from children, however there is a minimum height of 1.2 meters.

Price: members SG$ 35 / non-members SG$ 55
Registration: booking is required for this event and closes by October 20th
Meeting point:Â Kallang Water Sports Centre (15 min walk from Kallang and Stadium MRT)

No-shows will be charged. Free cancellation can be done till 2 days prior to the event by sending an email to: ecteam@swiss-sg.org. Cancellations made later will be charged the event costs.
