Dear Members and Friends,
Join us for one hour Yoga Class on the beach. Beginners and all-levels are welcome. Yoga helps to balance your body, mind and spirit. We will move mindfully and find strength while appreciating the sunset on the beach.
Bring your own mat, bottle of water and your good vibe 🙂
