Dear Members and Friends,

Come and join us for a guided tour of the DBS Singapore Gallery, at the National Gallery!

Our guide Sabine Silberstein, a volunteer docent, will introduce you to the big names of Singapore Art, such as Liu Kang or Georgette Chen. Starting with the art from the early 19th century, when British and Chinese immigrant artists documented life on the island, we will then learn about the Nanyang style before finally ending our tour with very contemporary art installations.

Venue: National Gallery, 1 St Andrew’s Rd, Singapore 178957.  (Meeting point :  Museum ticket office)

Date: Saturday, 27 Februray 2021 at 10:30 am.

Fee: SAS-Members join for free, non-Members pay SGD 10.
Each participant will have to buy the entry for the museum (SGD 20, which can be bought the same day).

We look forward to seeing you there!

Kind regards,
Esther (the organizer) & Silvia (the host)
