While living in Singapore, you may be confronted with major events or decisions affecting your life, your family, or your career. As you may know, the Singapore legal system is far different than the Swiss legal system.

– General information on the Singapore legal system

– Family law: what happens in case of a separation or a divorce and relocation of yourself or your spouse with the children

– Wills: importance of will / naming a legal and a local guardian in Singapore / what could happen to children in Singapore if their parents pass without a legal guardian

– Employment law: the different permits in Singapore and how to set-up your own company

The presentation will last for approx. 1.5 -2 hours.

This event is open to members and non-members. Please register until Sunday April10th.
