Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

From the rich, ancient Indian cuisine, I would like to offer you a glimpse into the vast world of homemade vegetarian recipes.

I hope that this journey towards learning a new way of cooking healthy, delicious vegetarian meals will be filled with fun and laughter.

We will be cooking a typical Indian meal: Palak Paneer (Spinach with Indian Cottage Cheese), Pindi Chana (Chickpeas), Raita (Yogurt) and plain Paranthas.

Date: Friday, 31 October 2014

Time: 09.00 am -12.00 pm

Price: SGD 65 members / SGD 70 non-members 

Minium participants: 4

Maximum participants: 8

What to bring along: Your own cutting knife (as I believe each individual is comfortable with their own. And believe me, there will be a bit of chopping involved…) and an apron. Please do bring along your tupperware to take back the results of your creation.

The class will be hands-on, and we hope that you would be able to join us for lunch that we shall all prepare together.
