Dear Members & Friends,

Two Huber Chefs with the concept “hands on by the participants” will teach you how to achieve consistently great results with barbecue dishes on gas barbecues.
You will also learn must-have barbecue skills, such controlling temperature and how to tell when your food is grilled to perfection.

The following menu will be prepared:
a) Spiced Chickpea Sauce
b) Avocado & Mango Salsa

and grilled:
c) Chargrilled Balsamic  Red Onions
d) Chargrilled New Potato Skewer
e) Thai Spiced Chicken Wings
f) Butterflied Leg of Lamb with Anchovy, Prosciutto, Parsley
g) T-Bone
h) Toulouse Pork Sausage
i) Mexican Spiced Pork Chops
j) Grill roasted orange honey-figs (subject to availability) / alternatively grilled pineapple

A great social get together for everyone!
While participants are improving their grilling skills with a refreshing beer, spouses/partners are sharing good moments together on the outside area and kids will have plenty of fun at the playground.

Price (includes a small bottle of Swiss beer or a soft drink and a SGD 25.- shopping voucher for Huber’s Butchery):
SGD 88.- for Members
SGD 108.- for Non-Members

Cancellation after deadline or no show will be fully charged
This event is on a first come, first served basis and has only space for 10 participants!
