Dear Members and Friends

As the Chinese New Year of 2021 is approaching, it might be the best time to learn and indulge yourself with the home made traditional CNY cookies. You will bake the most famous “Cashew cookies” and” Pineapple tarts” with the lovely instructor.

All recipes, ingredients, use of equipmentÂ and tools will be provided at the class, but please bring your own apron for your own hygiene. A jam jar type containerÂ will be also provided for you to take your cookies home!
